Detail Itinerary of Everest Panorama Trek

Day 01

Arrival at Kathmandu-1,350m/4,428ft
Upon your arrival in Kathmandu Expedition to Himalaya will officially greet and meet you at Airport & transfer to you hotel Vaishali or similar category hotel. Free day & evening welcome dinner at any typical Nepalese Restaurant. Over night stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 02

Kathmandu City Tour - Trip Preparation Day
Half day guided city tours (tour includes Katmandu Durbar Square, Syambunath Stupa, Pashupati Nath Temple - Hindu Temple & Buddha Nath - The biggest Buddha Stupa in ancent Katmandu). Afternoon pre-trip discussion of the Everest View Trek and over night stay at Hotel at Kathmandu.

Day 03

Early Morning flight to lukla, And trek to Phakding (3-4hrs)-2,652m/8,700ft
We fly on a twin Otter Aircraft to the Himalayan foothills Lukla, where we begin our trek into the Khumbu region. The views from the plane are amazing, providing dramatic views of terraced hills and the distant Himalayan giants. After breakfast, the trekking starts passing Chaurikharka village, and makes a descent towards the Dudhkosi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft). The trail follows the precise bank of the Dudhkosi River until camp at Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft) is reached. This day we just have short walk and will be resting for whole day. Little acclimatize day. Over night at lodge.

Day 04

Trek to Namche-(5-6hrs)-3,440m/11,286ft
The trail cross Dudhkoshi River through a long suspension bridge then trail leads you crossing side by side along the river to Hilary's Suspension Bridge. The trail further climbs from here to Namche Bazaar which is the gate way to Mt. Everest. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05

Acclimatization at Namche-3,440m/11,286ft
Today we will have acclimatization day at Namche.You can either have whole day relax or hike up to Syangboche for the the views of the top of the Everest. later come back to Namche for over night. Namche bazaar is the main centre in the Khumbu region and has shops, restaurents, a bakery, hotel with hot showers and electric power.There is a colorful market each Saturday.

Day 06

Namche Bazaar to Khumjung-(4 to 5 hrs) 3,860m/12,662ft
Today we hike up towards a big hill and reach Everest View Point Hotel after crossing a tiny airstrip on Syangboche. We can take a breathe with tea coffee here at this hotel and enjoy the views of Everest, Nuptse and other Himalayan peaks. We then lead you to Khumjung, probably one of the best village of Khumbu region. Visit Hillary school established by Sir Admund Hillary and visit to Khunde village where a place of famous climber and big hospital running by charity. Over night stay at Khumjung.

Day 07

Trek to Tyangboche-(4 to 5 hrs) 3,870m/12694ft
We take a walk descent down to Dudhkoshi River passing through little villages on the way. The trails involve down with forest and across riverside for the lunch and we take a final ascent step up for 2 hours through pine and fir forest to reach a small hill Tyangboche. It has the famous Tengboche Gumba to explore for the day. Tyangboche offers the best views of Ama Dablem. Over night at lodge

Day 08

Trek to Monjo-(6 to 7 hrs)2,950m/9,676ft
Trek goes down to the riverside at Fuki Tenga and steady climb through forest and continuous walk to Namche Bazaar. After Namche we walk down to the hill, cross some suspension bridge and reach monjo for over night.

Day 09

Trek to Lukla-(4 to 5 hrs)2,652m/8700ft
Leisurely this morning we trek back to Lukla, you can walk at your own pace and enjoying the lush green scenery around and passing through the incredible mountain scenery and local Sherpa village. Arrival in Lukla and you'll have time to stroll around the areas and guide will re-confirm your flight ticket and enjoy the last celebrate dinner with your crew member and overnight at Hotel.

Day 10

Lukla to Kathmandu by Flight 1,350m/4,428ft
Flights from Lukla to Kathmandu are mostly in morning due to impact of weather and wild blowing at Lukla airport. We take a Trans Himalayan flight back to Kathmandu by small aircraft and transfer to hotel. Free afternoon to be fresh up;Evening we comment about the trip and celebrate farewell dinner together at Nepalese Typical Restaurant. Over night at hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 11

Farewell Friend
Today the journey comes to an end. There's nothing to do but trade emails with your new friends, organize all your photos and finally depart from Nepal. Or get ready for the next adventure

Important Activities: Your safety is of paramount concern whilst traveling with Expedition to Himalaya.  Please note that your trek leader has the authority to amend or cancel any part of the itinerary if it is deemed necessary due to safety concerns. Our every effort will be made to keep to the above itinerary, however as this is adventure travel in a remote mountain region, we cannot guarantee it! Weather conditions, the health of member can all contribute to changes the itinerary. The leader will try to ensure that the trip runs according to plan, but please be prepared to be flexible if necessary.

Leader(s) & Staff Arrangements
Everest View Trek is easy walk, relax! And required 4-6 hours of walking everyday; walking up to Everest Hotel & Tengboche will be higher altitudes on your trek. You should be prepared max 10-12 Km of walking or jugging exercise everyday one month before your Everest View Trek starts because you aren't walking on difficult zone of Himalayan landscape with many short days of walking. And also you must need a positive attitude and a strong determination; previous hiking experience preferred and technical experience preferred.
It is vital that participants with pre-existing medical problems or conditions make these known to expedition to Himalaya Trekking at the time of booking. Medical and evacuation expenses are the responsibility of the participant. It is also important that you consult your doctor for vaccination and other medical requirements for your trip
Our operation is smooth as a safety concern; there will be one Leader, one assistance leader and one sherpa porters on each group of two. This ensure if in case one get sick, it would not disturb the itinerary, the trip still running as plan as in itinerary. And please understand that our group start from 2 and maximum it goes up to 10 which is good team to communicate and facilitate in every manner.
Porters Protection: Each trekker is allowed his/her gear bag weighted not exceeding 20kgs that Expedition to Himalaya strongly stand on porters rights and solely against any exploitation on it's operation. Experience, Health & Fitness Required for Everest View Trek
Everest View Trek is easy walk, relax! And required 4-6 hours of walking everyday; walking up to Everest Hotel & Tengboche will be higher altitudes on your trek. You should be prepared max 10-12 Km of walking or jugging exercise everyday one month before your Everest View Trek starts because you aren't walking on difficult zone of Himalayan landscape with many short days of walking. Accommodations

All accommodation is chosen for its standard of hygiene, standard of service, location and food quality. While in Kathmandu you'll spend three nights in the 4 –star hotel Vaishali or similar category hotel and during trekking you will stay at the best hotel/lodges there are along the route. All accommodation is based on twin share. If there is an uneven gender ratio, a single supplement will be provided or it can be provided on request for US$150.

Meals during Everest View Trek
The facilities in route to Tengboche is rapidly changing day by day, any level of dinner are expected even apple pie. Meals on full board basis will be provided at the lodges/guesthouses and tea shop; and the places has been fixed with high level of balance diet, hygiene and safety. Three meals (Nepali, Sherpa, and Tibetan, Continental, Italian and Indian cousins) will be provided from the lodges/guesthouses according Expedition to Himalaya standard. Each day dinner and breakfast will be provided in the same place you spend the night. Lunch will be at the tea shop in a pleasant surrounding.
